Thank you for shopping with Love & War Clothing. While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and it does not have personal customizations on it, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 10 days of the delivery date. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
Please exam all items upon receipt. You must contact within 48 hours of receiving your goods to initiate exchange if item does not fit or is defected. Any inquiries made past the alloted time will not be honored.
The following items are final sale and will be denied for exchange or credit:
At this time, we do not allow exchanges or returns on intimates or swimwear due to hygenic reasons.
If you have any questions about sizing or are unsure, please ask before purchasing or review the measurement chart located in the listing.
Once we receive your package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. We do charge a return shipping cost depending on the items weight. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange has been processed. We will send you an invoice VIA Paypal for the shipping costs when your new order is ready for shipment.
If you choose to receive a store credit you will receive an email with your credit value that can be redeemed online. Please note online credits will not be refunded for any reason.
As stated in the terms and conditions that must be agreed to upon check out, orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to supply allotment reasons. We allow a 24 hour time frame in which you may request cancellation from time of order placement but may incur a 20% restocking fee. All request cancellations made after 24 hours will be denied.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We hold the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude or has a bad attitude. I try and make it very clear what to expect when making a purchase with Love & War and what the current turnaround time is for every order. My goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I will 100% of the time work with you to correct any issues you may have if you contact me in a polite manner and are willing to mutually resolve any issues. If you attempt to be rude, threaten, or harrass us in any way you will be placed on a permanant ban list and will not be allowed to purchase with us again.
